This procedure updates Mixxx with translations (*.ts files) that have been contributed by Transifex users.

• Fetch all translation files from Transifex, even ones which don’t exist already locally. If the option -a isn’t included, only the files that exist locally will be updated Transifex. The working directory for these instructions is the root of the repository.
  • Note: If you only want to pull translations for a subset of Mixxx resources, use -l lang instead of -a. For more information see Transifex docs.

  • If you are testing a translation and would like untranslated strings to show up as blank, do not give the 'nounfinished' argument to lrelease.
• Add all new translation translation TS and QM files to Git
• Update res/mixxx.qrc file to add any new languages that were not previously present.

TODO: make the sconscript do this as part of a normal build so Mixxx contains the latest translations.

Quantization
Mark and activate cue points and loops exactly on beat every time.

Broad Format Support
Compatible with music files in lossless FLAC, WAV, and AIFF formats as well as lossy MP3, M4A/AAC, Ogg Vorbis, and Opus formats.

EQ and Crossfader Control
Choose between multiple equalizers and isolators with adjustable shelves. Crossfader curve control lets you deliver quick cuts or long, smooth crossfades.

Sampler Decks

Load up to 64 sampler decks full of sounds to layer over your mix.

Effects Chains

Link up to three effects in a chain for a unique twist on your mix. Fine tune your sound by tweaking each parameter individually.
