May 20, 2018 I had an issue with my Pioneer DDJ-SR. I wasn't getting any audio even though the needles where jumping and the unit was powered up. There's no pre-cueing. Tracks are distorted all through playback. Almost thought my controller was broken.. but it's the software. Definitely stick with the mac version

if i could give this zero stars i would. i purchased after looking at their website. was told a week later via support emails that the software in fact DOES NOT WORK AS CLAIMED ON THEIR WEBSITE. $50 spent for nothing, no comeback or refund offered. BUYER BEWARE!

this is an early review because haven't had much time with it but so far, so good. And it supports Groove Music! Totally didn't expect that.

Try the Demo to see if it works with your computer and controller before you buy. You do need newer computer for the program to run properly.

This app is amazing on my Microsoft Studio. I love using the Surface Dial with it too. This feels like something form the future.

Launch it, and it will look for any open copy of GarageBand (or Logic Pro X or MainStage 3) on your local network. S is the D note a whole step above Middle C, D is E, F is F, G is G, H is A, J is B, and K is C, an octave up from Middle C. So, the keyboard’s middle row of keys acts as the piano’s “white keys.” The W, E, T, Y, U, O, and P keys are the piano’s “black keys.”Play GarageBand with your Mac's keyboard.With the Musical Typing keyboard you can play multiple keys at the same time. For example, press A, D, and G to play a C major chord.But wait, there’s one more thing. 
If you have an iPad 2 or later running iOS 6 or later, download Apple’s free from the App Store.
The app works good until it freezes then the tracks stop loading. Also, the sound lags and is delayed.

Despite having a button for headphones, I cannot get this product to precue music into my headphones before outputting through main speakers. I've tried external sound cards, MIDI music interfaces and 4 channel sound outputs - all just output through both earphones and main output simultaneously. Main issue seems to be that the software doesn't let you choose your outputs. For £39, the support is non-existent, I've emailed and posted on forums with no help from Algoriddim. With no precueing, this product is useless. I'd like my money back.

I downloaded the free version just to try it out. After using it for 30 minutes I purchased the full version. The only draw back for me is that I am using Windows 10 and there is no video option currently. But I really like djay PRO

It’s an impressive array of offerings for various platforms – but consider djay Pro to be the pinnacle of what Algoriddim is working on. Automix AI: Using machine learning and training sets from human DJs, Automix AI intelligently identifies rhythmic patterns and the best intro and outro sections of songs. PhotoBeatTM: Users can drag an album or a selection of photos onto the visual decks and djay Pro 2 creates a beat-matched slideshow. Photos are cycled on beat and the rate can be adjusted on-the-fly in a range of a 1/4 beat all the way up to 4 beats per photo. Users can also apply effects to their photos in the same way as video, and output via an external monitor through HDMI or AirPlay.
Accessibility: Every feature of djay Pro 2 has been carefully adapted for Accessibility, so vision impaired users can seamlessly dive into the experience. With VoiceOver enabled, users hear a description of everything happening on their screen through their headphones independent of the mix that is playing through the main speakers.
Keyboard Shortcuts Editor: a full keyboard editor which allows users to assign any feature in djay Pro 2 to a custom keyboard shortcut. This is especially useful if users work with the Touch Bar or a hardware controller and want to add more instant features to their setup via the keyboard.
